POSTAGE & REFUNDS  

A4 prints are sent in bubble envelopes by An Post standard post. As standard post is not tracked, I am unable to provide delivery details but orders usually arrive 3 or 4 days after shipping. Unfortunately delays are out of my control.  

A3 prints and bigger orders are sent by tracked post. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact Dotterson immediately if the item is damaged or the wrong item has arrived so the issue can be resolved.

 If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact Dotterson. Email [email protected] to request an exchange or refund. After this time Dotterson has the right to refuse to accept a refund or exchange. It is important that the product is returned carefully, in its original packaging, in perfect condition and suitable for resale.

When the returned item has been received by Dotterson, it will be inspected. Once approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment. If an exchange is preferred, a new item will be posted out to you.

The cost of postage/shipping for returns is the sole responsibility of the customer.
